Magura Lever Problemo!

i have magura rim brakes and have recently had a problem with the lever ( i think its the lever) . when i pull it it goes rockhard like its hitting a bit of metal inside ive had it bled got new pads , the TPA is fine . i just cant find what the problem is> Please help
