Stef out for 2012

December 15 2011.Stef Murphy picked up a serious knee injury when practising on his solo MX machine last week and the doctors have already advised the under 21 Champion that he should expect to be out for the whole 2012 season. The Oxfordshire ace didn't actually come off the bike, but felt the knee go when he landed from a jump. His left anterior cruciate ligament is shot and will need an operation when the swelling eases, followed by a long programme of physio and rest. Stef has now put his stable of race-prepared quads up for sale and these include three top-spec TRX450R Hondas, a full race-spec YFZ450 Yamaha, a full race spec Laeger's Yamaha YFZ450 , a club spec YFZ450 and a brand new YFZ450R injection special edition.
